Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pieter Smuts Music. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery to you, the customer, usually takes 2 - 6 working days. For "PSM" products, delivery time is 7 - 20 days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We'll do the best we can to get your shipment to you as fast as possible.
