Tune your violin, viola or cello to the perfect pitch by using a fine tuner.
The fine tuners fit on the tailpiece of the instrument and the string balls fit onto the fine tuners. Once a string is near pitch after the turning of the peg, the string is tightened further by means of the clockwise turning of the skrew of the fine tuner. The skrew turns downward and presses on the fine tuner arm which holds the ball of the string. With the slightest twist of the fine tuner skrew, the pitch of the string will shift gradually toward the desired pitch.
It is much easier to reach the desired pitch by using a fine tuner as opposed to tuning using only violin pegs.
